Turn holiday energy into obstacle-course action with our Junior Ninja Warrior coached sessions — fast-paced, structured training designed to challenge, develop and excite young athletes.
These are not soft play or free play sessions. Each session is a coached training experience delivered by Dion Trigg, International Ninja Warrior competitor and Emily Mortin, UK Ninja Warrior Race For Glory Finalist.
Even though sessions can be booked individually as one-off sessions, each class is structured with a focus on progression and development, building skills, confidence and control on obstacles.
Safety is central to everything we do. We teach safe, correct techniques and maintain a controlled, well-managed environment throughout every session, ensuring athletes can train hard while staying safe.
Whether it’s their first introduction to Ninja training or they’re already obsessed with obstacles, these sessions deliver high-energy coaching, real skill development, and a seriously fun challenge every time.
